I have never dealt with a company that provided such a consistently high level of quality in every aspect of the customer relationship experience.
Starting with your sales representative. He was the only salesman (out of five) who was prepared with samples, insurance information and product knowledge. He answered all my questions. More importantly, he sold me on the product as well as your company's committment to service. He accomplished this without the usual hard-sell techniques that are common in the home improvement industry. In a word, he was good.
My experience with your customer service department puts many Fortune 500 companies to shame. I can't recall how many calls I received, but each rep was courteous, concise and accurate. I wish I could remember their names... they were really that good.
We are thrilled with the final product and will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who is looking for new garage doors.
